Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 5 business days.

Most orders ship within 24 hours but due to the nature of the 3D printing process, we can’t promise ALL orders will ship in 24 hours. Monday – Saturday.

Carriers

We use the USPS for shipping. If you have special shipping requirements, please message us at Support@TheLuckyCrabCo.com

Order Tracking

We will provide USPS tracking information upon request.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of your products, in addition to your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Shipping rates are automatically calculated and can be inaccurate. If you feel the shipping rate is too high, please send us a message at Support@TheLuckyCrabCo.com

Back Orders

We don’t do back orders. If it is listed in our shop, it is waiting for you on a shelf. If you have a special request, custom order, or wish to order a product that is out of stock please message us at Support@TheLuckyCrabCo.com

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your return must be sent back with adequate packaging so it is not damaged in transit. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email Support@TheLuckyCrabCo.com to request a refund and we will assign you a RGA #.

Return Exceptions

Items that have been used or damaged will not be accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect and the return has been approved by The Lucky Crab Co returns department which can be contacted at Support@TheLuckyCrabCo.com.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee, however, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping for the returned item unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect that has been approved by Support@TheLuckyCrabCo.com.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange by e-mailing Support@TheLuckyCrabCo.com. You will be responsible for the cost or return shipping.
